Our business hours are Monday through Friday (except holidays), 9:30 AM -5:30 PM EST.

Shipping:

We ship to anywhere in the US and Canada only (for now). 

In continental US shipping is $3.95 flat fee and FREE on orders of $50 or more, we ship via UPS Ground from New York City (see map below for UPS business days in transit) unless you choose the UPS Next Day option.

We ship via US Postal Service for PO addresses, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. 

For Canada standard Postal Service rates apply to your order based on your shipping address, UPS Next Day is not available for Canada orders.

All orders ship within 48 business hrs, except UPS Next Day which ships the same business day for orders received by 3pm EST.

Return Policy:

All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order arrival date.

Returns received after 30 days of order arrival will be issued a store credit.

All returns must include original packaging. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Gift wrapping fee is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.

For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store credit will be issued for the full amount. You can select your return option on the back of your receipt.

For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return. Thestylecube.com cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Goods must be returned in unused, perfect condition and original packaging, so please handle items with care. NOTE: thestylecube.com is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
