All returns must be mailed within 30 days of order arrival date.
Returns received after 30 days of order arrival will be issued a store credit.
All returns must include original packaging. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Gift wrapping fee is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.
For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store credit will be issued for the full amount. You can select your return option on the back of your receipt.
